Why we started Akeshaa
We kept finding things that made us ask, “Why haven't we seen this here?”
Not because they were strange.
Because they were thoughtful.
A better way to do something ordinary. A familiar ingredient used differently. A small idea that made everyday life a little more interesting.
We started Akeshaa because we wanted to follow that feeling — and share the things that stayed with us.
Why does something have to be new to be worth discovering?
We noticed that some of the most interesting ideas aren't new at all.
They've simply been solving everyday problems somewhere else for years.
That got us curious.
What else were we missing?

We don't start with a shopping list.
We start with a question.
Before something becomes a discovery, we want to understand what makes it worth discovering in the first place.
Why does this work?
Why do people use it this way?
What makes it better?
Would we actually want it in our own lives?
Sometimes the answer is no.
That's okay.
This is worth bringing closer.
